WILLOW COVE

Willow Trees gather along many of Paso’s creeks and tributaries. We’re blessed to have several large willows to provide cool shade during summer’s hottest months by our vineyards. The sanctuary our willows offer us and our grapes has fondly been nicknamed “Willow Cove”
